What type of Articles go into a school magazine?
What type of Articles go into a school magazine?
The school magazine should include a variety of articles, to appeal to differnt year groups. For younger pupils of the school , articles should include sucess's in the school about the upper year groups as they will be inspired by the older appeal to a variety pupils, from year7 and year 13. I will do this by making sure my vocabulary is not to sophisticatedpupils sucess's.Also there is an article about charity events such as cake sales, year 7 and 8 disco's, Genes For Jeans Day and quiz's where you win prizes.
For the upper years they need to inlcude school trips dates and exam dates also the sucess's of they year groups; GCSE results, AS results. For year 12 and 13 students there is going to be an article which will include university advice and ucas points, which is vital for the magazine as it helps the older years for there future.
I'm going to include a qustionaire at the end which they can fill in, so we know what they like and dislike about the school .Also the pupils can request or suggest things they would like and what they dislike about the school. This is good to inlcude as by doing this questionaire it will improve the school.
Throughout my magazine i will make sure the magazine will .
